The house has three stories: First is storage and "stilts" for storm protection; second is four bedrooms with two baths which open into the adjoining BR's and the entry hall, third is kitchen, LR & bathroom/laundry with morning deck and afternoon deck and screen backyard porch with fan. "The property was everything as described. Beach access was right across the road which made things very easy when taking chairs, etc. with us. A jump into the pool after a long day at the beach was so relaxing. The pool was never crowded because there's only six rentals on the property. The instructions given beforehand were very clear so we had no misunderstandings. The only thing I would improve on is the number of bath towels and wash cloths. We were a family of four and there were only two...

"Check in and out was easy finding condo was easy. Nice set up plenty of space. Plenty of towels plenty of pillows and blankets. We had one setback, but was able to contact management He was very helpful and accommodated us. St. George Island is beautiful. The people there very nice. We met different families and hung out with new people. The kids spent most of their time either in the pool or at the beach. The beach is very close distance definitely renting a golf cart next time to explore the...

"It's in a perfect spot for fishing. We caught a huge Red and many sharks. There are a lot of steps in the house and getting down to the beach. The house was very comfortable and had no issues whatsoever. It was also just minutes from the Indian Pass Raw Bar."

"The house layout was great, location great, pool nice. However, the dishes were iffy. But the pots and pans...... they were horrible. Would it hurt to invest in some nicer(at least cleaner) cooking ware. The sheet pans were bad, but one of them looked like someone had been shoveling mud with it, then cooked on it, and just put it back in the cabinet. No excuse for that. All and all we had a great stay, just didn't too much cooking."
