"We stay here every year for over 15 years. We love it and highly recommend! Some suggestions of what could be improved: i) parking fees - began around a year ago and it is hard to imagine costs associated to parking on an open terrain in a suburban area. I understand the aim to generate additional revenue and remain competitive, maybe a resort fee would be more honest and cover also the guests declaring having no cars at the check-in; ii) mattress - too soft (and we are relatively light people). Please get back to the old mattress model; and iii) driving exit - new signaling was installed forbidding right turn at hotel exit (Vineland Rd) and some times it takes 10min just to cross the road. Note that ALL surrounding businesses connect to Vineland allowing a right turn. I know this is local authorities responsibility, but hotel management could work with them to fix it."

"O mesmo padrão de sempre deste hotel. Atende ao necessário. Carpete poderia ser substituído. Mas o hotel é muito bom! Microondas, geladeira e máquina de cafe ajudam muito, já fiquei várias vezes. Café da manhã do hotel é excelente!!fiquei "

"Área de lazer completa, piscinas , praia,várias opções de restaurantes e café da manhã excepcional! O único ponto negativo foi a cobrança do guarda sol no fim de semana sendo que ja pagava 60 de taxa resort!"
