"Check in and out was easy finding condo was easy. Nice set up plenty of space. Plenty of towels plenty of pillows and blankets. We had one setback, but was able to contact management He was very helpful and accommodated us. St. George Island is beautiful. The people there very nice. We met different families and hung out with new people. The kids spent most of their time either in the pool or at the beach. "This is a beautiful home and a great location! We appreciate the opportunity to stay there. One suggestion we would make, is to perhaps put blinds in the loft where the children sleep. Our little ones, four and six, had trouble going to sleep due to the lights from the nearby businesses. They also woke up early because the room was light by 7 AM. Thanks again for the opportunity to stay there!"

"We loved this spot! Loved being on the water and the apartment was cozy and clean with a comfortable bed. The dock was a favorite feature - a fantastic place to watch the sunset over the water. Our dogs also loved it and we are always so grateful for rentals that allow our furry family members! The space did have a bit of a musty scent fyi for those that are sensitive, but it didn't really bother us. We would recommend this rental and would definitely stay again!"

"We met the owner personally. He was very friendly. He answered all our messages almost immediately. The pool was refreshing and being able to pull up by boat was a plus. We were very comfortable. It was a quick bike ride to the beer fest we were attending. We also enjoyed meeting their pet cats! "

"Fantastic! Location is quiet and safe, easy to get to the beach. We had a couple of minor issues upon arrival and the property manager was responsive & helpful and resolved them immediately. Everything was just as described!"

"Cannot say a nice thing about the second party company that manages this property! They were awful! The property owner was the best! The couple of hiccups we had he completely solved or absolutely did his best! The house! Spacious! Beautiful decor! Beachy feel throughout! Large rooms! Plenty of space for the 7 of us. The pool was so wonderful. Was cleaned during out stay as is done 2 times a week. She was pleasant and done quickly! Will definitely be back!"

"Awesome experience. The house was fantastic. We booked it for two nights and really wished we'd booked longer. Situation is perfect, the island is incredible. Kids loved the pool.
