Its a 10 min drive to St Augustine Historic Downtown, the nations oldest city. 20 min drive to Mickler's Beach, 25 min drive to PGA TOURNAMENT, 35 mins to Jacksonville Beach, 37 mins to neptune beach and 55 mins to Jacksonville downtown. This island has many restaurants, grocery stores and also you may fish off shore. Vilano beach has beautiful shells you may collect and weddings is a popular destination to have at Vilano Beach. Golf Cart available for rent! Drive around Vilano beach hassle free.

YOU ARE OUR "GUESTS" and I AM YOUR "HOST"

This is a 2-story townhome. First floor features 1 bedroom which includes a queen size bed, a futon and ROKU TV. Next to the bedroom is a full size bathroom. Upstairs room has a queen size bed with a sofa sleeper, ROKU TV and also has a full size bathroom.

OCCUPANCY: People other then those in the guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property.The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, death or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities (including all guests.) Please remember there's tile everywhere downstairs. Be very careful! Floor may become slippery if it gets wet. You may slip and get hurt.

- Owners are not responsible for any personal or valuable belongings by the guest.

NOISE: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or interfere with neighbors. Your neighbors have the right of quiet enjoyment. This is a quiet and clean community. DO NOT BOTHER YOUR NEIGHBORS!

- House parties are PROHIBITED. You will be asked to leave and ALL FUNDS WILL BE FORFEITED. NO REFUND.

- If anything is accidentally damaged please let us know. DO NOT throw it away. We will try to replace within 24hrs. If it doesnt require immediate attention it will be replaced after departure. The cost of damage is covered by a policy of deposit per reservation site.

PETS: ARE NOT ALLOWED. FUNDS WILL BE FORFEITED. NO REFUND.

- Any violation on this policy will have all funds forfeited.

DOORS/WINDOWS: PLEASE don't open doors and windows while air conditioner is being used. It will damage the air condition unit and will freeze-up, may flood the ceiling and floors. This is not covered by Accidental deposit fee and is considered intentional.

CLEANING: Guests pay for cleaning fee but would ask you to take care of the condo like it's your own home. Please don't leave food laying around for the night. We would greatly appreciate if you may leave the home picked up and put dishes in dishwasher. Please do not make up any beds that were used. When using laundry dryer, clean the filter after every use. NO WALKING IN SHOES allowed inside the premises. Daily maid service is not included.
Bath tubs are only for showers. No baths. Will be installing new ones in the future.

COMPLIMENTARY: coffee pods, creamer, tea, water, snacks, and laundry detergent per booking.

VEHICLES/PARKING: A maximum of two vehicles per unit is allowed in front of building on your designated number. Additional parking in garage.

- Trash rules will be in the home

- Keys rules will be in the home. Any missing keys will result in $25 charge per key.

-Fan/Garage Remotes: any missing remotes will result in a $75 charge per remote.

HURRICANE: We DO NOT offer refunds or reschedule trips due to hurricane activity or any other reason once inside the 60-day before arrival window. The condo is located near the ocean. Beach access is under repair due to Hurricane Irma and will be open soon. Theres a beach access 1/2 mile.
