The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. "Joe's property was the perfect spot for our weekend stay for a wedding in downtown St. Augustine. The studio is small, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including beach chairs and a cooler. The studio was very clean, which is always the most important to me. "My family of 4 which includes 2 year old and 3 year old boys spent Thursday to Monday at the rental at Vilano beach. David was very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Before the trip, we had planned to take the short drive to Saint Augustine. However, we never made the drive because we had so much fun at the beach, Vilano, and the house. The beach in front of the house is on an inlet. It had a huge tidal pool that was perfect for the boys. The house has a small pool...
