Welcome to incredible ocean views at Pier Point 57, your relaxation destination! This newly updated oceanfront condo was designed with the ultimate guest experience in mind! Pier Point South condos feature a meticulously maintained oceanfront pool, direct beach access, and incredible convenience to all the activities of the beach strip including the ocean pier and park where you can fish, play beach volleyball, or take the kids to enjoy the splash pad. Favorite local eateries, coffee shops, as well as beach rental and beachwear shops are all within short walking distance.
Enjoy ocean and pool views from the open living area and the upstairs master bedroom. Take your favorite cup of coffee out to your private balcony where you can watch the sunrise, this is also the perfect place to enjoy a meal while taking in the sights and sounds of the ocean. Cook your favorite meals in the bright white, fully stocked kitchen, then gather around the table for great food and memories! The new sectional provides a comfortable seat for everyone in the living room to enjoy their favorite shows and movies on the large TV. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
