We had an issue with a floor/tower fan not working that we wanted to use, and the owners promptly sent a brand new one and a box of sweet treats for our inconvenience. "We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It rained all week and was extremely windy so we did not get a chance to use the pool very much. The pool was warm the first day, but the water coming out of the jets was cooler the next day. The house was very cozy, the kitchen was great and we were sleeping in very comfortable beds. The bright lights in the back yard were a little annoying as we could not block them to darken the room. Once we got to sleep it was fine. "
