"We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time at the property but definitely not the last. Everything was excellent from the short walk to the beach to the attached garage which allowed a place for the kids to play. The entire back yard is fenced in so there is plenty of room for the kids to roam and play as well. If I had to find a negative point it would be the temperature of the home itself. It is very hard to cool, which can be expected in extreme temps and lack of exterior shad but if...

"An old soul with modern touches.That pretty much sums up this lovely home. Light & Bright if that's your thing, if not, pull the shades & PRESTO! Yer sleepin' in!(Who are we kidding? You're hungover.... it's St. Augustine! Clean, close to everything, SO many light switches! lolGreat little back patio and front porch! Great kitchen but you probably won't be using it with ALL the great food around. 10/10. Will recommend. "

"Nice, clean updated home in a quite suburb just minutes from downtown, it was nice the kitchen was stocked with cookware etc. Host was propmt to respond and checkin was a breeze, be aware if you want to check in early it will be a 50 fee!Otber then that"

It was a very short drive to the historic district and could be walkable as well. The neighborhood is a transitioning one with some really nice houses like this one and some that still need some work. It was a great stay."

"Communication was very easy and incredibly fast. Property is updated and very clean. Walk to beach is convenient and close by. House provided everything we needed - we made a couple meals from scratch and had all the kitchen accessories needed- including sharp knives! We brought our three teens and some of their freinds- property gave lots of room for us to all spread out. Definitely recommend! "
