Beach enthusiasts will love being so close to Anastasia State Park, St. Augustine Beach, and Vilano Beach all within a 15-minute drive. Beach towels and chairs are provided for your convenience. Old Town St. Augustine is just a 10 minute drive away. Take a leisurely stroll into the historic village, and explore charming shops and eateries. For the outdoor enthusiasts, a fish cleaning station awaits, and there's ample driveway space for your boat, trailer, or watersports gear. Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is moderate which means you will get a full refund up to 5 days before check-in. On Airbnb we do have a non-refundable option as well where you pay 10% less but the payment is non-refundable no matter the circumstances. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance. Last minute cancellation requests due to extreme weather: We will consider refunds or partial refunds on a case-by-case basis if there is a National State of Emergency issued for the State of Florida, or other major weather event such as a named Tropical Storm or Cyclone warning.
