Living & layout
Spanning three levels, this five-bedroom home offers room for up to 12 guests to spread out comfortably. An elevator connects each floor, making it easy to move between spaces. The top level features an open-concept living area with a spacious lounge, dining area, and kitchen, all flowing out to a wraparound porch with partial ocean views.

Sleeping arrangements
Bedrooms are thoughtfully distributed across the home. The second floor includes a primary suite with a king bed and private bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms - one with a queen bed and another with a twin daybed and trundle. On the ground level, a bunk room with multiple beds provides a flexible setup for groups, alongside a fifth bedroom with a queen bed.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for shared meals and group dining, featuring double ovens, a refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker. A large dining area makes it easy to gather everyone together.

Entertainment & extras
A garage game room with a ping pong table and a foosball table adds indoor fun, while board games and an HDTV offer relaxed entertainment options. WiFi, washer and dryer, and clothing storage are also available for convenience.

Outdoor living & location
Step outside to enjoy multiple outdoor spaces, including a patio or balcony, backyard, and BBQ grill. An outdoor shower makes post-beach cleanups easy. Beach access is just one block away, with vehicle access available for added convenience.

This home is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
