When you walk through the front door, you'll immediately enter our dining area, which is host to a 6-top dining table, working gas fireplace, 50-inch Vizio Smart TV and lounge chair. To the right, you'll see a hallway that leads directly to our open concept living room and kitchen. 



In the living room you'll find a leather couch, a leather loveseat and two lounge chairs. Settle in for a movie on our 65-inch Samsung Smart TV or curl up with a book in front of our working gas fireplace! Up for a little friendly competition? Find an assortment of board and card games in the storage under the windows. Behind the living room, you'll see our large, fully stocked kitchen. This space contains everything you need to create your favorite meal, baked good or cup of coffee. At our granite kitchen island, you'll find four leather barstools - perfect for keeping the designated cook company.



At the end of the day, settle into one of our FOUR private bedrooms:

(1) Our first Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, dresser, closet, 40-inch Roku TV, lounge chair, and en suite bath.

(2) Our second Primary bedroom is complete with a luxurious King-size bed, dresser, closet, 55-inch Samsung Smart TV with Roku, lounge chair and en suite bath.

(3) Our third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, dresser, closet, 40-inch Vizio Roku TV and an en suite bath.

(4) Our fourth bedroom has two Twin-size beds, a dresser, a 40-inch RCA Roku TV and a connected bath.



Out back, enjoy our patio and backyard, which are almost completely enclosed by the outer walls of our home. Here you'll find a 4-top dining table, two seating areas, a gas grill and a game of baggo. When you're not at home, stroll a mile down the road to enjoy the local food, drinks and shops of Downtown Springdale!

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note there is an exterior camera facing the driveway for security of the property.

★ Not pet-friendly.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
