"We had a short stay for just a couple of days for an a capella competition in Fayetteville and the house was beautiful! Everything was spotless and the house was a lot bigger than expected and a lot nicer than the photos. The management was excellent with very quick responses to all the questions we had about the property. The only downside for us was that it was fairly far to downtown Fayetteville but it is the perfect secluded lake getaway!"

"We only stayed at this house for the 1st night (less than 12 hours) of our 4-night reservation, due to the condition. The property was dated and dirty. Dirt/dust on baseboards & air vents, bugs on floor, carpets not clean, most blinds were missing fins or pieces, trim paint peeling, house had a funky smell, beds did not have mattress covers, unkempt yard. Neighbor dog barked all night long, our entire family slept poorly and decided there was nothing the host could do in the short term to make...
