"The kids absolutely loved the lobby of the hotel. The animals and trees were great. It was decorated for Christmas and was done really well! Breakfast was great, with everything kept in stock even while it was busy. "

"The hotel is good. We had no high expectations. So it was fine. On the very first day no one cleaned our room. The second day, the cleaning process was really low. We arrived late and the bathroom was not cleaned and they left our dirty paper glasses on exact same place. The staff was good, specially Tereza from Jamaica, from front desk. She was really a gentle one. Congrats!"
