Immediatly all of us recognized that the staff was friendly and hard working (they literally never stopped cleaning the floors, tidying up their work area or providing what was needed in the breakfast area) and it was all done with a smile and kind words. We enjoyed Tracey, Andrew, Barb, Rob and Natalie so much we will miss them when we go! The entire property is clean and updated. We would most definitely return-thank...

"The location of the accommodation is superb. 2 min away from ski resort, and 4 min away from a mart. The place is well-organized and decorated. Amenity for kids was another big plus. i.e. Genga, lego, sink toy, etc. Kitchin is also very well equipped. electric stove, coffee brewer, many dishes, pots, and frying pans. the kitchen is practical. One minor downside is that the kitchen knife is too dull to the point that it is not usable for cutting meat. "

"Overall, the stay was comfortable, but check-in was a bit challenging. The arrival instructions seemed geared toward guests arriving by car, and there weren’t clear directions for those using rideshare or public transportation. It also would have been helpful to have the exact building address rather than just the complex name, as that made navigation more difficult on arrival. Clarifying these details would make the experience smoother for future guests."

Il serait apprécié de ravoir la pince et les devises canadiennes et ferait cadeau des devices américaines cette pince ayant une valeur sentimentale. Merci pour tout Jean-Marc Bénard"
