"The location of the accommodation is superb. 2 min away from ski resort, and 4 min away from a mart. The place is well-organized and decorated. Amenity for kids was another big plus. i.e. Genga, lego, sink toy, etc. Kitchin is also very well equipped. electric stove, coffee brewer, many dishes, pots, and frying pans. the kitchen is practical. One minor downside is that the kitchen knife is too dull to the point that it is not usable for cutting meat. "

"We were a bit nervous about this location because we don’t know Pittsburgh well. Plus, there was confusion in our accounts that we used to make the reservation. So, we squirmed a bit when we didn’t immediately get information to get into the flat. We got that just 30 minutes before the eligible time to enter and while we were in the road making it tough to access and be sure we had a place to land for the night. "This was a convenient place to stay while visiting family. It was quiet and the room was spacious. It didn’t have the same amenities as a hotel, but it felt safe and clean. We will stay there again! "

"When I got there I was given a different unit than described. It would not work for my situation. The desk corrected it by giving me another unit. That did not work as well. Guest services got involved and upgraded our reservation to larger condo and it was perfect. I highly suggest always checking out your condo as soon as it’s available. Fortunately we were able to do all this switching between three units around noon instead of after 4 pm. The normal check in time."
