I would not stay at this location again. 2 stars because the front desk staff were lovely and the room was very clean. There was construction work happening right above my room. It sounded like someone was going to come through the ceiling. I contacted the front desk and was told it would be addressed. I left for the evening and when I came back it had stopped. However the hammering started up again at 8 the next morning. Also there was no garbage can in the bathroom, and the fire alarm above the bed had a bright white light that flashed all night. But the parking alone is reason to not stay here. I waited in a line of traffic for 30 min to get in. I didn't want valet but was told there was no self parking. The valet left my car unlocked and I had to lock it remotely with my Toyota app. The next day I had to wait in line for 40 minutes to request my car since everyone is trying to leave at checkout time. They brought the person ahead of me the wrong car. When they did bring mine around, the valet cam into the lobby, handed me the keys without a word and walked away, so I had to go find it myself. They had parked another car in front of mine and I was blocked in, so I had to go back in and ask for it to be moved. Don't bother with the valet's app, they're not using it and if you request your car digitally it will be ignored. 2 hrs after I'd left I got a notification that my car was ready. There's so many better hotel options downtown and in walking distance to the arena.
