"Rooms are huge, had a double king suite with a pull out and a kitchenette, really nice that 2nd king was in its own room to get some peace and quiet from the kids. Cool Hollywood themed hotel! Rooms were nice, clean, and looked new."

O ar condicionado não funcionava muito bem e era barulhento, mas pelo clima das datas não interferiu tanto.
Atendimento nota 7, com exceção da brasileira Maria, que foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, merecendo nota máxima.
Serviço de arrumação deixou a desejar, nota 5, não ocorreu reposição dos produtos consumidos."

"Hotel com atendimento impecável do checkin /chackout.
Hotel não fez a limpeza do quarto sem troca de toalhas.Não fornece sabonete, touca de banho e nenhuma amenidade como chinelo.
Possui mini cozinha , fornece cafeteira mas não há água mineral de cortesia.
Boa localização com serviço público de transporte acessível próximo ."
"The hotel was very comfortable and had excellent amenities: the free breakfast, wifi, and fitness room/swimming pool, and outdoor patio. Having a in-suite kitchen is a big plus especially if you just want to eat-in and stay put for the evening.
The central location is also a big plus, with nearby Jackson Square, King William Street restos/cafes and shopping along James St North. Was also able to visit the nearby Art Gallery of Hamilton (AGH) - amazing! The Art Crawl (2nd Fridays) was also a fun...
"They are fixing the house, so its a little boy messy, but is near the bus stop, the staff is very friendly, the bed is confortable, the room has a good size, the toilet and shower are clean and very good. There is a hair dryer, cereal, milk, tea and coffee available, very good. "
