"Overall the apartment was as the pictures showed.The good- the area felt safe, the gym was nice, the pool area was clean. Instructions for check in and check out were great. The bad- The back patio door was unlocked and open when we arrived and it was very hard to get shut and locked. The bathroom exhaust fans were very dirty and barely working. There were holes in the drywall by the front door. The front door lock was only held in place by 1 screw and it was not even secure. The kitchen...

"Excellent location. Walkable to several restaurants and shopping. Easy access and easy parking. Nice layout and prompt reply to questions we had about the unit. We used the gym and it was a nice bonus. Having a washer and dryer came in handy after hiking camelback mountain and the utv excursion. Clean place with all the thinfs we needed/wanted. "

"I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. In general it just felt like a bad flip or bad base construction. The finishes are all fairly shoddy. Bathroom door got stuck (swollen).
