"The stay was for my parents 35th anniversary. They loved the stay and all the staff was very friendly.
I checked them in the day before the stay so I could drop some gifts and my interaction with the front desk was great as well.
My only con is the lobby area was not air conditioned as the rooms and the halls by the rooms. Unfortunately in late September in Arizona it’s still very hot (high 90 low 100) so waiting to check in I started to get warm. "
"Might be the best hotel for the money and although it’s probably technically a motel because you enter from the outside instead of from the hallway on the inside, the rooms are very nice in the pool and hot tub or massive"
"Brand new, beautiful setup. The fitout and design of the hotel is top class. The Kauboy restaurant is exceptional… we ended up eating there every night. We had a room on the side opposite the bars and never heard any outside noise. The rooftop pool is also incredible. We would come back to Phoenix just to stay here!"
"Really lovely stay at this hotel, got checked in and parked up super quickly and within 10 mins was at the gorgeous roof top pool! The bar staff were lovely and efficient, working so hard in the heat to deliver to the sunbed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and stylish. Would not hesitate to return if I am ever (hopefully) in Phoenix again!!! Thank you"
"O local em si é fantástico, porém, não é possível ter a idéia de como o espaço é diagramado antes de chegar lá. Por exemplo, as Villas ficam bem afastadas do hotel e de instalações como a academia, quase como se não fossem parte do mesmo complexo. Além disso, uma obra em Villas adjacentes a nossa fizeram a experiencia ser bem ruim. NA maioria dos dias haviam trabalhadores andando bem próximos as nossas janelas nas primeiras horas da manhã. Nos últimos dias, despejaram areia e pedras para a obra...
