The ceiling fans in the rooms didn’t work, on arrival the suite was hot, it smelled of wet dogs! The entire facility smells. I couldn’t figure out how to close the window blinds in the living area, they actually looked broken. This place looks like you’ve entered a jail or prison facility, if I had to describe one. "Parking was a disaster, the people before us took the tag to hang in the mirror, property manager was gone and couldn't get it for us. I called and was told if I parked in to spot I paid for, assigned to me with vehicle plate, make model year of the vehicle assigned to it, that I would be towed... I had to park super far away and walk. Then the next day I was told they would leave the tag in our mailbox. When we returned to the room that evening, we went to the mailbox and it was not in there....

"Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...

"The stay was great. If you are looking to travel to tempe and want the comfort and access to things you would have at home like laundry and a kitchen this is a great choice. The place was clean and check in and out process was easy. The only issue is the parking, but honestly is seems like parking in Tempe in general is very confusing. Most of the street parking near the studio was 2 hour parking, there was a parking structure right across the street from the studio that says no overnight...

"Went to the leasing office but they’re unable to help with checking in. They gave the 3rd floor and had to carry heavy suitcases and bags up to the 3rd floor using the stairs. The floor was dirty and hair everywhere. I definitely will not coming back."
