"Overall experience was pretty good. AC was not working, so first night was spent in 81 degree temp. I let the property manager know and they sent someone to fix it, but the couldn't. I was thankfully offered another room with working AC. The new unit was cleaned (I hope) garbage in kitchen was filled to the top, so that was a little annoying. I would check it out again for future visits."

"Horrible experience for my husband and I. First our keyfob not working then not having our parking pass in the room. I would not stay here again."

"No parking at or near this place. My wife has a disability and can't walk about a mile to the room each time we use the car. I cancelled but was not able to get a refund. The owner said that there was on-street parking, which is true, but it is all 2-hour parking. The owner then said for us to talk to one of the local businesses, to see if we could park there. Of course, we did not do that."

"The rooms are very clean. The rooms are very well furnished. The pool was clean and extremely refreshing."

"Parking was easy and efficient, was confusing when I first arrived read instructions emailed carefully ! Could have been cleaner the floors are not mopped well but everything else was decently cleaned "

"We only used the unit but it was very modern, clean, well maintained, and convenient. I would 10/10 recommend these units to anyone and would surely book with Landing again. Communication through the app was fast an le consistent if I had questions. I will add, the app is a must. It has clear check in/out instructions and there are specialists that will communicate with you very quickly if property staff are no longer on the premises."

"Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful. The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...

"Pool and grounds were fantastic, ping pong table conveniently located poolside, along with complimentary water by bar area which overlooks golf course and the South Mountain. Bldg 10 was easily accessible ground flr with plenty of parking. When we were low on towels or toilet paper the service was quick and staff very friendly. Overall properly was very clean and well maintained . "
