Modern Pool - Spa - Huge Game Room - Sleeps 36

Spectacular resort style home with a lot of space and fun in every corner. Largest rental house on the island, with 6,000 square feet, 8 bedrooms, and 3 stories of pure joy. The 2000 sqft 3rd floor has an enormous game room and wet bar. Outside is a large pool, hot tub, water slide, grotto, swim up bar, putting green, grill, fire pit, and lots of room to lounge. The perfect location for a friends and family gatherings, weddings, reunions, business trips. Come and book your trip. Permit#2016-740424

The space
This is an enormous home and is perfect for a large family trip or event.

Salt water pool with a swim up bar. Grotto, water slide, hot tub that can fit 12 people. Outdoor shower to get the sand off. BBQ, fire pit, swing.

Huge game room with a pool table, foosball, air hockey, basketball, wet bar, 85'' TV.

Had a great time! Pool and backyard are amazing. Neighbors are close by but never heard them. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are comfy, with lots of pillows and blankets available. Good area, could walk to everything we needed. We did rent a golf cart so we could explore the island. 5pm check in time seems late but we contacted the owner 24 hours prior and we were allowed in at 3:00, which was very nice! We did need to buy extra paper towel, toilet paper and garbage bags. The laundry in the garage was super convenient as we washed our pool and bath towels regularly. We did pay to heat the pool and it was toasty! Overall a great stay on a great island!!

This house was absolutely amazing and truly had everything we needed for a perfect stay. There were plenty of towels (including pool towels), and we were pleasantly surprised by all the thoughtful extras—an ice machine, cooler, and even a wagon to take to the beach. Beach access was less than a 5-minute drive, which was incredibly convenient.We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was 100% worth it—the pool stayed very warm and was a highlight of the trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the home was very comfortable overall. Each room had extra floor fans, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and they even provided a pack & play for our baby, which was a huge plus.The location is great with lots of nearby shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend renting a golf cart as soon as you arrive—it really adds to the experience. Also don’t miss a dolphin tour; Dolphin Docks did a fantastic job and was a memorable part of our trip.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped beach getaway!

We had a wonderful stay the house was perfect for our crew and the Pool was awesome we had it heated and used it sun up til sun down! Any questions or concerns throughout our stay were promptly tended to! Would highly recommend this house!

They must have some sort of issue with the neighbors as we were warned about noise violations when we arrived at the property friends and I were watching a boxing match inside and still had the cops called on us. When the cop showed up, they agreed that they could not hear any noise and they told they’re having complaints from the neighbors about this property all the time.

Wonderful stay! These guys came in the clutch for our family reunion. We had a disaster stay at a house on 4616 Gulf blvd with an SPI rental and reached out to these guys last minute when stranded…these guys were awesome and house was WELL above expectations! Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It’s just a short, easy walk to the beach, which was perfect for our family. The beds were super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day in the sun. And the swimming pool? So much fun! We spent hours enjoying it! Highly recommend this home for a relaxing and fun beach getaway.

Easy access- great pool

Pool was a great hit with our group- we did on online pickup at the Walmart nearby and cooked meals, steaks on the grill. Lots of space for our group of 15. Easy walking to the beach across the street. There are several restaurants close by as well.

Fall Break

This house really is great for all ages! Large enough to have some space when you need it and open enough for large groups to gather. The pool was of course a big hit for the kids along with the game room! The short walk to a very nice beach area was perfect (the wagon in the garage is useful!) The washer and dryer were handy for all the pool towels we used daily. Any issues we ran into were quickly resolved by the owner. We were able to watch the rocket launch from the balcony--wow! The dolphin cruise was a lot of fun if looking for things to do..we used Breakaway. We thought Viva had the best food. Josephines and cafe on the beach had good breakfast. We didnt have a car and it was only an issue for a few of the further away places. Lyft services were available. Other than maybe having a few more beach chairs, there really wasnt anything else missing. It was a very relaxing time...just what we needed! Big fan of the hammocks!

60th birthday celebration

Great location and property for a mix of people. We had 3 generations (ages 17-91) and friends and family from multiple continents who appreciated the many activities available at the property (games: foosball, basketball, pool), as well as the outdoor pool and hot tub. The beach was only about 7 min away. A few repairs were necessary, which the owner arranged for the following day. We had a wonderful time.

Huge house w/ great pool (a few minor setbacks)

Our group of 16, including 8 adults and 8 children, found the house to be spacious and clean upon arrival. The property offered ample parking in the driveway, multiple refrigerators for cold storage, a large pantry, and plenty of house and pool/beach towels. The pool was just as advertised, though we noted a lack of seating on the balconies facing the pool. However, we encountered a few issues. Due to an error in the booking process, only the 8 adults were initially accounted for, and we were charged an unexpected additional guest fee when we informed the owner about the children. This fee was not mentioned in the original booking information, which we had documented with a screenshot. After discussing this with the owner, they agreed to waive the fee and updated the booking information. On our second full day, the house lost power for six hours for unknown reasons, while none of the neighboring properties were affected. This caused the indoor temperature to rise to 80°F, which was quite uncomfortable, especially with children in our group. The owner agreed to refund us a small portion for this inconvenience, which we appreciated. Despite these challenges, the house itself was accommodating and provided a comfortable stay for our large group. The overall experience was positive, with the spaciousness and amenities of the house meeting our needs. However, clear communication regarding fees and more prompt resolution of power issues would have improved our stay significantly

Great for families/groups

We just stayed here for a family trip. Ages ranged from 3 years old to adults. The whole space works well for big groups, the location was great, and the video tour on YouTube was helpful so we could plan out bedrooms ahead of time. Plenty of beach towels and there are also some sand toys and boogie boards in the garage to use. Kids also loved the variety of games in the upper game room. We had a such a great overall experience. My only feedback would be: -rooms are VERY bright, which makes naps and going to bed before 8 difficult for little kids. There are half circle windows in every room that have no coverings at all, so I’d recommend bringing something to cover them with if you have littles. -the pool was SO hot when we arrived. Some commented it was cooler out of the water. However on the last afternoon we realized the pool heater was on. So, just check that to ensure you’re not swimming in hot tub temp water. -dryer is pretty old and sometimes took 7 restarts to dry the towels. -chain on the main door to the pool in the backyard is broken. With such young kids, I would really love to see that repaired. -more dish soap included or let us know we would need to purchase more ahead of time. a tiny bottle for 4 days in that house didn’t do it. Again, overall we had such a good experience and the space was perfect for our family from all over coming together. We all agreed we’d come back again!

Senior Spring Break

We had 6 high school boys and their parents. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was great and the service even better! We loved the firepit area, the pool, and the hot tub. Lots of fun waterfront places to eat and to have a bevy within walking distance. The boys loved the beach, especially boogie boarding, playing volleyball, and meeting others!

Great property

This place is great. Perfect for large group. Pool, hot tub, and the beds were soooo comfortable! Only complaint is late check in but i understand given size of home but difficult with little kids flying g on to check in late. But the host let us check in early as the cleaning team was done. I would definitely stay at this place again and recommend it to friends. Only other complaint was the weather. It was cold and cloudy and windy but the house made it better! Amazing stay!

No place has been more perfect

We have rented each year for our South Padre Island vacation and this is the spot! The pool was so warm and the hot tub is an actual hot tub! We entertained the whole family. There are so many places to sleep and the game room was perfect for everyone to gather. The pool table is the first property that has had one in good condition! Everyone had a blast, had enough towels, and we had nothing to worry about. Just a beautiful, worry free get away! Thank you so much and see you next year!

Joyous! A definite rebook!

# of Guests: 20 family members Ages: 2-70 years Host(s): Great customer service! Responded quickly when I had questions. Neighborhood: Quiet and peaceful after hours. Close approximately to everything. House: The house was clean and cozy, and the beds were comfortable! There were plenty of towels for the pool and bathrooms. There is an ample number of plates, silverware, and cups. Due to the number of family members, we brought paper plates, napkins, plastic eating utensils, trash bags, and toilet paper. Not necessary but easier for cleanup. A few rolls of toilet paper were provided, but bringing extra is a must with this many people. The extra refrigerator in the garage allowed us to chill more items. Pool/Spa: Don’t forget the sunblock! You will have so much fun in the sun relaxing there!

Spacious and Fun!

We loved how big the property. There was lots of space for all 27 of us! The pool area was so much fun for a big family. The property was was not as clean as we had it expected it to be. Trash bins were overflowing and the pool/outdoor furniture was very dirty when we arrived. The property manager responded quickly and our concerns were addressed sufficiently. They were very easy to work with and accommodating! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great house for a large group!

We had 23 people staying in this house and it was great. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and moving around helping, lots of space. The coffee maker was leaking the morning we arrived and our hosts supplied a new one almost immediately after we notified them. Also, there is an additional refrigerator in the garage, which was a huge bonus!! The eating areas were more than enough space to manage our large group. Great pool with lots of seating!! There were lots of beach towels available, which would have been good to know, but were a nice perk to be able to supplement the ones we brought. The walk to the beach was easy, but you do have to cross a couple of very busy streets. There were no washcloths and only one hand towel per bathroom, so if you are someone who uses those things, you will need to bring your own. Plenty of bath towels were available. Overall a very kid friendly and adult friendly house, something for everyone!!
