With additional perks like a guest library, laundry area, and complimentary on-site parking, your stay at The Tiki guarantees comfort and ease at every moment.



Guest Access:

All our Tiki Condos, managed by La Copa Vacations, are secured with a digital lock. After submitting required documents and completing payment, guests will receive an email with a unique access code and instructions. The access code will deactivate at 11am on the day of checkout.



The Neighborhood:

Situated next to Bar Louie and the Beach Bar at the Courtyard by Marriott, The Tiki Condominiums is a beachfront complex, merely a short walk from key attractions like Barry’s Bistro and Barry’s Beach Bar, as well as On the Border Tex-Mex and Clayton’s Beach Bar. Close by are the Sea Turtle Inc., the Birding and Nature Center, and essential amenities like boat docks and the Convention Center. Don't miss the nearby kite-boarding area known as 'the flats'.



Getting Around:

Easily discover South Padre Island using the complimentary South Padre Island Metro, providing convenient access to most areas across the island. You can also make use of the 'Park and Ride' facility located in the southern part of town. Moreover, Gulf Blvd. is known for its bike-friendly culture, offering another hassle-free mode of transportation for your island escapades.

Our condo is thoughtfully equipped with baby-friendly amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. We provide a changing table, portable play yard, baby bath, child-friendly utensils, a high chair, and a selection of children's books. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home.



Enjoy complimentary daily breakfast for all registered guests, plus free access to the pools and gyms at La Copa Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, and Sand Rose Beach Resort — all conveniently located in South Padre Island near this property.



Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $50 plus taxes per pet.



Monthly bookings also include free weekly cleaning.
