"We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Pit property. It was very spacious for a 2 bedroom/2 bath. It was really nice having a covered carport to park our car under during the heat of the day as well as at night. Our two small dogs loved playing in the backyard. The location of the property was super close to a public beach access, just cross the street and walk across a small parking lot to get to the boardwalk. "DO NOT RENT THIS!!! SCAM ALERT, long story short, rented this place for new year eve, host did not answer or message about access. Had to call VRBO and they refunded me money, however it ruined part of my night. Drove home without enjoying the beach. The pics look nothing like the inside. Met the owner, said lady is on the run from law after he evicted her and she put it up for rent vrbo without his permission. "

"Perfect location with plenty of room for our group of four families (8 adults, 6 kids). The pool area made for a great space for hanging out while the house also provided plenty of space for everyone. Well equipped with necessities and an overall great experience. Highly recommend!"
