"Overall the rental was great! My only feedback is, it may. Be time to replace some of the furniture because some of the chairs weren’t as sturdy to sit on and we didn’t want to break them and the microwave door handle is broken. The place was clean and the layout was great could use more kitchen tools for the downstairs kitchen to be able to cook as well"

"Perfect location with plenty of room for our group of four families (8 adults, 6 kids). The pool area made for a great space for hanging out while the house also provided plenty of space for everyone. Well equipped with necessities and an overall great experience. Highly recommend!"

"This house is in a great location and very spacious for a big family. My husband and our 3 adult kids had a great time, the house has everything you need to have an enjoyable time. It’s minutes away from the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when we visit South Padre Island in the future. "

"Only problem I had is owner and property manager knew that aircon unit was no good , we spent first night in 78degrees, which was bareable but next night aircon went out , was not contacted until 10minutes before office closed that they would be sending someone over to fix. We were at beach at that time.. next day had to wait until 3:30pm for the unit to completely work. They did not want to refund me day, all they gave me was 20%. They could not give me a free night either to stay another...
