"Pool was perfect for our 4 kids with a shallow end for wading, and the house is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is pretty quiet since it’s in a gated community which also made it feel very safe. Myrna and the property manager Claudio were both very helpful and prompt with any responses. Myrna helped us organize two private chef meals which were both incredible and affordable! Would definitely stay here again. "

"Luis, Nico and the team at Villa Picon are exceptional and made our stay perfect. Incredible communication and willingness to work around our timing…and on top of that, the property is stunning. We could not have asked for a more beautiful stay. The plants inside the views, the cleanliness…sitting in the hot tub with the full moon reflecting on the ocean as we heard waves crashing…couldn’t have been better. My only regret is that we didn’t take advantage of the meals on site. We will be back to...

"The house is beautiful and large with lots of areas for entertainment. Had a bed break on night one, Angela had a team of people here first thing the next morning to fix it and clean up. Angela was amazing and super helpful at all times!! Communication with Erin was easy and great for the booking. The location was amazing also! Right at the beach and 10 minutes to Fifth ave. Highly recommend this place!! Definitely be back!"
