Certain areas are shared with other guests (including the bathroom, and potentially other common areas depending on the setup). Guests agree to use shared spaces respectfully, keep noise to a reasonable level, and follow basic shared-living etiquette. 4. Cleaning Policy for Shared Spaces The room and apartment are cleaned only after checkout (between reservations). No cleaning service is provided during the stay. During the stay, maintaining cleanliness in the shared areas is the responsibility of the guests using the apartment together. The host has no control over the start/end of the heating season, which is determined by the supplier based on external conditions. During warmer months, heating is typically switched off citywide. The host is not responsible for temperature fluctuations or supplier-related delays. 7. Parking (Blue Zone) Notice The property is in central Sofia where street parking is regulated, paid, and time-limited (typically up to 2 hours in the “Blue Zone”). The host does not provide or guarantee free or reserved parking. Guests who park on public streets do so at their own risk and must comply with all local regulations. Any fines, towing, or penalties are solely the guest’s responsibility. The host may share general guidance on nearby options upon request, but is not responsible for availability, costs, or enforcement and will not reimburse parking fees under any circumstances.
