"There was basically no breakfast tho it was advertised as offering breakfast. There were some things available - very limited and you had to pay for them. The rooms were clean but extremely small for the price. The staff was very helpful. The TV in the lobby was set to Trump giving a speech, which is their right and, perhaps we should all sit and watch our president when he speaks publicly, but given the current divided country, probably made some people very uncomfortable. "The hotel may have rebranded to the Southeast Resort, but it is an old hotel. The refrigerator shell was broken. The room just looked tired. The elevator was extremely slow. The bathtub wasn't really clean and there was someone else's long hair clinging to the shower curtain, yuck. On the positive side the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location is right by downtown and close to tourist areas."
