One of our 2 rooms was not ready until 45 minutes after check-in--despite the receptionist calling me on my cell to tell me that the room was ready. Upon arriving back at the hotel, after leaving an enjoyable dinner at a restaurant because of this phone call, we were told that she called us "by mistake." The room was not ready. "I would not stay here again. Most things in our room was all unplugged. Many things did not work. Our things did not charge up as expected over night. Their breakfast was only open from 7 to 9."

"From the outside it looks like a nice place, the room was clean but there were ants in the bathroom. There was a fridge in the closet but no microwave, the room was dark as there is only one lamp on the nite table. The room is sadly lacking ac outlets and no lamp near the table. We have never seen a coffee pot like the one there, when you pour the coffee it leaks out over everything, also there was only one pack of coffee, we had to go ask for more. "The Pool area very hot, we were not able to use it. The beach area was not as pretty as it was portrayed to us. The rooms are old and need to be upgraded We stayed for 2 nights and the maid came in with out our knowledge. We felt violated that someone was around our stuff when we weren’t around. For the price that we paid, we were not very satisfied. Will never stay there again!!"

"The cabins are beautiful and in a quiet area. The staff helped me when I injured myself on my first day. The air conditioning was refreshingly quiet. The only downside is that you have to ask for cleaning (in general and wastebasket dumping), fresh towels, and change of sheets. If you want to use the pool, forget about it. It is in dire need of cleaning. That being said, it was a good experience with a few hiccups."
