"Access to the beach was nice and within walking distance. Beach chairs available. Fire ring and chairs surrounded. Room was clean. Close to the strip with places to eat and things to do."

"The staff were very friendly. However, the front desk does not stay open at night. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but I had to reset my room key after each use. Luckily, we didn’t lose one and we kept asking the staff to reset it so we always at least one key that would work. Our friends were in another room and never had a key issues so it was just our room 220. Rooms were clean. Location is great, especially for the ferry and shopping. Check in and check out and easy."

"Loved our stay over the 4th of July. Very clean pool area and all the grounds. Nice view of Lake Michigan from our room and the bridge from the front where we sat on the Adirondack chairs. Helpful staff when our TV was not working properly. Highly recommend and would stay there again if we return."

"Avoid at all costs. Way too overpriced, even for 4th of July. Breakfast was a shambles, with long lines, ran out of juice, coffee spilt everywhere. Scrambled eggs were pathetic, abominable even. About the only palatable thing was bread and cold cereals. And dirty carpets, pool is maxed out on chlorine, not enough parking and they even turned off the coffee machine was turned off. So, avoid at all costs."

"Pay attention to your booking. Picture may show a cabin but will be a hotel room. They need to do something about the moisture and the mildew smell. There was wrapper in the drawer so I know they don’t clean 100%. Bathroom had mold on ceiling. Was a decent stay though. Water park was fun for the kids and was convenient to the towns. They should spend some money on updates though. Also they need to pay attention to the stains on the sheets and maybe not use those ones. Biggest complaint is when I...

"The property looks very clean on the outside in pictures but the exterior walls have not been cleaned in a very long time. The lobby to check in was very clean. The room was very clean as well. Very well stocked with towels, washcloths, and hand towels. It was very aggravating to get the luggage to the room with the cart as you have to go to the other end of the building for the elevator and go through 2 hallways and doors and maneuver thru very narrow hallways.
