"Worst stay ever. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and the heater was not working properly. Despite the cold weather, the room never got warm enough, making the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the shower curtain and curtain rod were already broken when we arrived, which showed a lack of maintenance and attention to basic room upkeep. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic expectations for comfort and cleanliness. I would not stay here again."

"Waterpark doesn’t open until 2 which is a bummer but the beach is across the way. Beds are clean and comfortable. Bathrooms lack drying lines for wet clothes. The kitchenette that is advertised for the suite is nothing more than an average hotel room kitchen… it just has more cabinets. Do plan on bringing a hot plate if you want to cook in your kitchen. Staff are helpful and accommodating."

We stayed at the budget inn and they make it very clear through the booking and on the lobby door of the budget inn that you checkin/out at the Thunderbird Inn next door. "The rooms were very outdated, dirty, our room was never cleaned the whole 4 days we were there even when we requested for it.
