"This is really just a hotel, not a condo. The room was dirty and the extra facilities listed, like the gym, were inaccessible. Checking out the next day, the front desk was locked up with a sign that said we needed to drive to another hotel to drop off our keys. "

"What a nightmare to find. The idea that we had to go to Days Inn was strange. They drew a map for us to find the place. Gave us the wrong info that lead us to a dead end. Then we finally found it after talking to several people. House was not secure. The back door would not close. Smelled like mold in all the rooms. The furniture was replaced with outdated Days Inn furniture. Not the same decor or furniture in the pictures. We were deceived.
Eerie feeling being in that home."

"We booked this place back in February. Got a decent rate on it. We're supposed to check in at 4:00 didn't get to go in there until 20 after 4:00 because of the cleaning crew. The hostess called me a liar about it and then didn't answer me the rest of the week. We had no TV even though it says there was two TVs neither one of them worked. The amenities of a pool and hot tub are not on the premises you have to go down the road to another motel!!! The place is moldy and falling apart!The only...

"The cabin was clean. The location is sketchy but right on the water which was wonderful. The water and beach are very rocky but a a very nice view. Breakfast is not included, you receive a discount voucher for a local restaurant that ended up still being $100 for buffet two adults and two kids. Noisy neighbors at night. "It’s a very pretty cabin, right on the beach. The double bed was comfortable, we understand that the bunk bed mattress was hard, and that the lower bunk did not have enough head clearance for an adult. It took several tries for us to get the keypad on the front door to work. The host should make the process for using that keypad clearer, and they should have responded when we sent a message saying that we were having trouble getting in."
