Nestled in the heart of the Village under a mile from iconic Cathedral Rock and Courthouse Butte hikes, this quiet, 1st-floor 2 bedroom condo is a peaceful retreat at the end of a long day of hiking, golfing, skiing, or biking! We’re well equipped for your culinary needs – be it cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, or dining in one of the many new restaurants, coffee shops, or ice cream shops all within walking distance. Relax by the pool with a margarita, kick back and watch TV, no matter how you do Sedona, you’ll love it here!

We use this property for our personal vacations as well, so we’ve taken steps to ensure your stay is every bit as enjoyable as our own, including:

-Smart lights with Alexa control (Echo Shows in the bedrooms)
-Well equipped kitchen including cookware/bakeware and spices and staple supplies for our guests to use
-Red Rock parking pass included for free trailhead parking
-FREE EV car charging station conveniently located on premises
-Heated, seasonal pool (Mar-Oct)
-Free laundry on site
-Pull-out sofa (queen size)
-Ample free parking
-Miscellaneous items include:
Iron/ironing board, hairdryer, blender, toaster, smart thermostat, ROKU TVs, high-power USB-A, USB-C outlets on each nightstand and in the living room, miscellaneous board games, bicycle air pump, umbrellas, headlamps, cooler, and more!

Guest access:
Full condo including common spaces are available for our guests. Two parking spaces included and readily available. For guests with an electric car, a 220-volt EV charging station is conveniently located on premises.
