With space for up to 11 guests, the home features four bedrooms and six beds across the main house and a separate guest house. The primary suite includes an en-suite bathroom. The guest house provides its own entrance, kitchenette, and full bathroom, with two king beds and a twin bed for added flexibility.

The open living area connects seamlessly to the dining space and fully equipped kitchen, creating a natural hub for gathering. A fireplace adds warmth on cool desert nights, while high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to balance relaxation with connection when needed.
Kitchen & dining The kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease, from a refrigerator and stove to a coffee maker and dishwasher. Share breakfasts at the dining table or carry dinner outdoors to enjoy the changing colors of the cliffs at sunset.
Outdoor living Step outside to the infinity pool that appears to blend with the horizon, heated and available year-round. Sun loungers line the deck for quiet afternoons, while the private hot tub offers the perfect spot to unwind after exploring nearby trails. The patio includes a fire pit, gas grill, outdoor dining area, and comfortable seating, creating a welcoming space for evenings under the stars.
Comfort & amenities You’ll find central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans throughout, along with a washer and dryer, fresh linens, towels, and bathroom essentials. Family features include a pack ’n play, high chair, and board games. Guests also have use of a 4-car garage, EV charger, and smart lock for self check-in.
Neighborhood Located in the Village of Oak Creek, you’re minutes from Bell Rock, Cathedral Rock, and Courthouse Butte. The area’s restaurants, cafes, and galleries provide local charm, while Uptown Sedona and Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village are just a short drive away. Surrounded by red rock views and quiet desert air, this home offers a setting of connection, comfort, and natural serenity.
Guest Access Guests will enjoy full private access to the entire home, the guest suite and all amenities during their stay. This includes the infinity pool, private hot tub, poolside sun loungers, spacious patio, outdoor dining areas.
Inside, you’ll have access to the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living spaces, and all bedrooms and bathrooms. The home is designed for your comfort and privacy — no shared spaces.
The property features keyless entry, making check-in simple and flexible. On-site parking is included for your convenience.
Listing Notes Pool Heating is available for $85-$100/night (based on season) with a 2 night minimum. Spa is heated at no charge. Pool heating is generally needed between October & mid-June to make the pool comfortable. Due to insurance restrictions, we are unable to provide pool floats, but you are welcome to bring your own, or have amazon deliver. We do supply an electric air pump.
There is mandatory rental agreement that will be sent to you to complete upon booking.
Outdoor quiet hours are from 9PM - 8AM. We ask during this time there is no outdoor music and to please keep outdoor conversations at a low level. Any music or noise during non-quiet hours must be at a low level to not disturb neighbors.

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time. • Minimum age to book a reservation is 25. • Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee. • No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee. • Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited. • Do not move furniture. • Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.) • Parties, retreats, weddings, or special events are not allowed by City of Sedona code. Occupancy of the residence cannot exceed 11 at any time. • No amplified music outside. Noise travels easily to our neighbors. Please keep outside noise at a level that can’t be heard by neighbors. Help us keep the peace. • Outdoor quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. • No firearms allowed on property. • Drones may not be flown from the property. • Please only park in the driveway or garage (not on the street). No ATV’s, side by sides, or dirt bikes are allowed. • We are normally unable to accommodate late check-outs since we commonly have back to back stays, but will do our best to allow early check-in if possible. • The home is on a quiet, narrow road shared with a few neighbors, so we cannot allow ATV’s, side-by-sides, dirtbikes, motorcycles, trailers, or RV’s on the premises or on the private road leading to the residence.
