Book our entire home (all three units) for your extended family! The perfect Seaside retreat for those with a large family who love the sun, sand and nightlife. Come stay in our clean and spacious home. This is a combination of three apartments that give you the entire property all to yourself. There is a large three-bedroom unit, a one-bedroom unit and a studio unit. That's a total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms for you and your family. All located in the heart of Seaside Heights. Park up to six cars in the driveway and leave them there all week. Our home is steps from Breakwater Beach Waterpark which makes this a perfect location for families with small children. Just a short stroll to the boardwalk, the ocean, the bay, restaurants, coffee shops and clubs/nightlife. Seaside Heights has even more to offer with amusement park rides, arcades, mini golf, go carts, boat and wave runner rentals. Room for up to six cars to park in the driveway.

Beach passes for up to fourteen included (a $700.00 dollar value).

The units have window air conditioning units and ceiling fans.

Four of the bedrooms have queen sized beds with new mattresses, and one bedroom has two bunkbed sets. Additionally, you’ll find a two convertible sofas (a full size & a twin size) in the first floor living room, and in the studio there is also a full size futon.

There is wireless internet access & cable TV with new Ultra-4K smart TV’s in the living rooms as well as all of the bedrooms.

Three eat-in kitchens have all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses etc. so that you can cook and eat inside. Outside, there is a patio area with gas barbecue grill and tables for enjoying meals in the fresh air.

-This is not a Prom, Graduation or Party House – no need to inquire.
-Minimum age for primary renter is 25 yrs. – no exceptions.
-Both owners and renters comply with state & local Ordinances (STRP #24-00042).
-Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (check-in: 4pm / check-out: 10am).
-We do not provide linens and towels. Guests must bring their own.
-While the lower units are located at ground level, they are not ADA Handicapped Accessible.
-The upper unit does require use of stairs. This may be an issue for those with limited mobility.
