"This apt was very clean and comfortable. We are a group of 5 adult family members who previously resided in New Jersey. We always go back every July for the tomatoes and sweet Jersey corn. This place has a very nice kitchen and comfortable beds. The check in was flawless and the host was fast at communicating. I would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back here next year!"

"My son had a baseball tournament close by in Tom’s River. We are a family of four and needed a place to stay for three nights/4days. Most of the hotels there are motels and are small for a family of 4. I looked on VRBO and found this location and it was perfect! The inside was brand new, everything was clean and neat. "Everything from check-in, to accommodations, to questions at any point throughout our stay— our host went above and beyond to be of service. The house was great! The beds, the linens, the kitchen and the use of beach chairs, a beach wagon and beach badges made the whole trip so easy! The house was an easy 3 blocks away from the beach and boardwalk and that was HUGE! We parked our cars and didn’t use them again until we left. We didn’t have to worry about parking lots being full or packing...

"The house was great. Beds super comfortable. Clean. Stocked with everything. We had 6 and plenty of room. Rooms to have some alone space as well as areas to spend time together. Loved the rooftop view and sitting area. Great walkable restaurants, 5 minute drive to additional restaurants in Lavallette. Boardwalk 2 block walk. Would definitely rent again."
