For everyone's safety, the Building requires guests to send their document before arrival. After booking, you must send us a photo of all guests' IDs.

It is not permitted to receive visitors.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. If you need more flexibility, please ask us and we will check availability.

Stained bed linen and towels may incur charges. Do not use makeup to remove makeup, as they cause permanent stains.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or common areas of the Building. If this occurs, an extra night will be charged.

Our opening hours are from 9:30 am to 11:00 pm. After this time we do not have online support.

We only accept small animals (cat or dog) and a maximum of one (01) per reservation with payment of an extra fee. Please inquire before booking.

This well decorated open concept studio is strategically located in a high standard building near Av. Paulista, subway, Rua Augusta and Consolação and also is not far from downtown.

It has air conditioning, double bed and a sofa double bed, split bathroom (shower and toilet) so they can be used separately.

In addition, it is on a high floor and features a balcony with incredible views of the city, great WiFi signal and a flat screen TV.

It is well equipped with kitchen utensils such as pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, microwave, electric stove 2 burners; perfect for your stay.

We recommend a maximum of 3 people, but it can accommodate up to 4. You will have access to all the building facilities.

In the apartment there are clean towels and bed linen and basic condiments for cooking.

The condo has a beautiful 25m pool, pool chairs, air-conditioned gym, sauna, dressing room, garage, automatic shoe polisher, WiFi in public areas, study hall, 24 hour doorman. All this at no extra charge!
There is also a laundry service inside the building which is paid extra.
