Property in disrepair!
Let me start by saying the rental property company that oversaw this rental made this absolute disaster so much better for us, but no one should consider renting this property until the following has been done: house thoroughly cleaned, A/C repaired, pool thoroughly cleaned, and needed house repairs made. We entered the property around 4:30pm to find ceiling fans blowing on high because the A/C was completely broken. Walking around the house, we saw that many repairs were needed (eg. ceiling vent dangling) and the house had not been recently cleaned. After contacting the rental company, an A/C repairman was dispatched. Once he checked it out, he said it could not be repaired for at least 2 days (parts, etc). The pool was filthy and a side pool room was completely open. It was the worst property experience we’ve had. Again, the property company went into action and moved us that evening to a property nearby. But, we could only stay there for a couple of days until they found us a place we could stay for the entirety of our vacation (2 weeks). They were extremely nice and I think, mortified, by the state of this property. It may be for sale and had been shown by realtors who were not careful or communicating with the rental company about showings. But, do not stay here unless you’ve received confirmation things have been remedied and is ready for renters.
