"We had a great short stay this trip down to St James City. We love SJC and this house is a easy walk to our favorite restaurant. The best way I can describe this house is spa like. It is a very nice, comfortable house and if nothing else stay here for the shower! It had everything and was well equipped with just about anything you may need, down to the yoga mats. "We traveled from out of state to visit grandparents in FL. This place provided a great space for my kids and I to overnight at after family day trip outings. The host was very responsive and the home was clean, although an older building. Neighborhood was quiet at night, with the backyard being next to a golf course. "I had such an enjoyable stay. Everything was clean and very proper. There were a few features I have never used but Kathy left very detail instructions on everything. Was very comfortable there!!!!! I was able to contact Kathy when I needed to and she even checked with me to make sure all was well!!!! She made me feel like I was home. I would stay there again and also refer anyone visiting the Cape to enjoy this beautiful home!!!!!! "

"The property is off the road and beautifully landscaped all around so that you don’t see any of the neighbors. It is a relaxing oasis in the middle of a very busy area! There were many things to do for all ages within a reasonable drive. We went to the beach, miniature golfed, and shopped at Miromar outlets to name a few things. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the property during our stay. There were 5 adults and 2 children in our group and we had enough room to make our stay enjoyable!"

"We couldn't have been happier with the house.......it was just as nice as advertised in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were very nice, and the pool was very nice (heated just right). The house was well equipped with everything you need for cooking either indoors or outside......the only thing I wish it would have had was bicycles but they did provide kayaks. The property manager was great to work with......communicated...

"Aside from the fact that this is an old house located in an old neighborhood with quirky one-way streets having odd angles, we appreciated the charm, comfort, and cleanliness. There is a nearby Publix for stocking up on necessities. As a surprise bonus, the backyard is a beautiful little oasis! The listing pictures and descriptions were accurate, and Michael was very responsive to our messages. Overall, we were happy to stay here. "
