"The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and safe. It was exactly what we needed for our stay. The area is fairly quiet, though we’re used to noisy Chicago. It was challenging to shower, but we managed. The location is great! It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and the train. It was easy to get around Paris from this location. The host was courteous and provided clear instructions on how to access the place. We would certainly stay here again."

The apartment is around the corner from restaurants, a grocery store, and souvenir shops. Very walkable to all the major sites. For more distant excursions, there is a very close Metro station and Uber. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Between the main bed and the pull out sofa, everyone slept well and comfortable. Would definitely stay again...

"Gianandrea’s place was great for my mom and I. He is attentive during the check in and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect location which was great for walking or taking the Metro. The apartment is very roomy with a lot of light. The bed and sofa bed were super comfy and the kitchen was nice too. It is a very secure building with 2 passcode entries and a fob key entrance. Grocery store and great restaurants within a few minutes walk."

"Great location! Beautiful hotel! A coffee/chocolate/tea machine is available to all guests, which is very nice. The only negative point to mention is related to the air conditioner off. The hotel doesn't turn the air conditioner on during this time of the year, and many days are sweltering. "
