"Nice Resort."

"This property is in a terrific location for leaving your car and walking around Newport or hopping on the (free) bus. Parking is difficult and expensive. The unit itself is hard to locate the first time because GPS maps don't seem to know about one-way streets.Once you find it, you will love it. The property is clean, spacious and well-stocked."

"Great place at the opposite end of Thames St. 5 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Apartment accurately described. Matthew is a great host and extremely responsive. Will stay there again when I go back."

"This is a wonderful property centrally located in downtown Newport. We had three couples in the house and it was great for us. The only real quirk is that one of the rooms does not have direct access to the bathroom upstairs so you have to walk through another bedroom to get there. But it was fine for us."

"The location was by far the greatest part of this rental experience. The couches are old, uncomfortable and the pull out bed was the same. The ac unit in the living room is cracked, loud and dirty. The duct was taped to to the window. Each of the bedrooms have individual windows units that work well and will keep the rooms cold. The pillows and beds in each need to be replaced. There is visible mold on the ceiling and walls. The only accurate picture is of the kitchen, large semi-updated space...
