"A estadia no geral foi boa mas fui pega de surpresa ao ter que pagar 34 dólares de taxa pelo serviço de valet no check out uma vez que a reserva do hotel incluía estacionamento. Fui praticamente forçada a pagar essa taxa pelo gerente que nem quis ouvir a minha insatisfação."

"Beautiful “old world” hotel with a quaint European flair. Loved the antique furniture, marble floors and ample guest rooms. Walking distance to Federal Hill, as well as to many nice shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfy. Only downer were the vagrants that camp out on the sidewalk right in front of the hotel. "

"My room was pretty bad it smelt like an old locker room and it looked like it hasn’t been updated in years, also had issues with the keys. The women at the front desk was excellent and I felt bad for her because there so many issues with a lot of people’s room. The room next to us had no tv or phone because they ask us if we had them. Another guy told me his air conditioner was broke and he knew that because the cover wasn’t even on it. Probably won’t stay at this location again "
