"We were very pleased with this VRBO rental. We decided to stay in Newport last minute and feel fortunate this was available. It is a short drive to the center of Thames, but it is also walkable (if you don’t have a bad knee). The apartment is bright, clean and had everything we needed. Parking was not an issue. We will look to stay here again. Don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful apartment. "

"My husband, 2 kids (ages 6 and 2), and myself stayed here for 1 week. I wouldn't stay here again, nor would I recommend it to people. On the positive side--the views are absolutely beautiful (make sure you get a room with a balcony), free onsite parking, shuttle service to downtown offered Thursday-Sunday, friendly staff, good AC, and the size of the room was comfortable and had 2 large sized bathrooms. "We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants.
