"The heat was set to 54 when we arrived. Took until the next morning to feel warm inside. When the outside temp dropped on Thursday night, the back bedroom was very cold, even with the heat on. Water in the shower after the hot water was restored (we discovered we had no hot water the first morning) was luke warm as well as shifting back to breathtakingly cold. Upstairs bathroom shower drips constantly. Toilet in the same bathroom sometimes takes hours to refill to be able to flush again. What...

"The property was the perfect accommodation for my family of ten. Conveniently located near DC in a very nice neighborhood. Everything you need is there.Thought I would need to drive over to Chevy Chase to workout-was pleasantly surprised to find a great gym in the house! If only I could have figured out how to cut on the treadmill-lol. Pet friendly-my dog loved it too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!"

"Three story townhouse sandwiched between others. Only issues with noise at night. There's a park close by that's frequented by lots of families in the evening. Driving into DC was pretty easy, and this home was a great base of operations. Some details in the house were a little shabby, which is understandable as a full-time rental."
