"To start with, access to this property during the winter is simply unsafe. You access the property from the back yard. While snow and ice may not be normal in DC, during our stay there was a lot of ice that was not cleared. Very slippery and unsafe. You enter the property through the lower level deck that was very icy. Once in the sliding patio door, you are greeted by vinyl plank flooring with no rugs, so the snow and ice on your shoes melts and runs all over the floor. Now for the...

"The heat was set to 54 when we arrived. Took until the next morning to feel warm inside. When the outside temp dropped on Thursday night, the back bedroom was very cold, even with the heat on. Water in the shower after the hot water was restored (we discovered we had no hot water the first morning) was luke warm as well as shifting back to breathtakingly cold. Upstairs bathroom shower drips constantly. Toilet in the same bathroom sometimes takes hours to refill to be able to flush again. What...

"Property was fine but there was no writing desk in the room so no good for a professional visitor. Also awkward to get coffee in the morning as nothing was provided in the room itself. Distance from Metro another disadvantage "
