"After having a less than ideal stay at a different Global Luxury/Churchill location, I read the reviews for this building and decided to give them an opportunity to leave a better impression. One of the existing reviews shares of a broken bed, I may’ve gotten the same unit they stayed in, as my bed was broken as well (the bed frame, specifically). "The mattress in the bedroom is horrible. I am handicap, so I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room instead. It had better support than the bed. It was quiet, clean and I felt safe as a single woman. The entering and exiting the property was difficult. One fab for parking garage and one for room. "The location and layout of the condo was fantastic. We loved hanging out by the fire in the lobby too. Unfortunately, the water pressure was nonexistent. Also, there were no kitchen towel and the TP and paper towels were very low end. Overall, a good stay, but for the lack of water pressure. It was hard to brush your teeth with a trickle of water."

"When I booked the VRBO, the photo's and the actual place did not match. The apartment was on a very busy road with sirens and traffic all day and into the late evenings. The shower in the guest bath did not work properly and it never was fixed although we asked twice. The washer for clothes did not work. Overall, it was not a good experience and I would not recommend the apartment that was "assigned" to us from the management company. It is not a VRBO by owner."

"I had to come out for work in the area and needed a comfortable place so my wife could work from home. The stay was exactly what we needed and then some. Excellently furnished and equipped for a comfortable lengthy stay. The apartment was clean and any issues we had were dealt with in a timely manner. The area has tons of options for any meal of the day and it's all walking distance or a quick Uber ride away. We would definitely love to stay here again if the opportunity comes up. "
