"After having a less than ideal stay at a different Global Luxury/Churchill location, I read the reviews for this building and decided to give them an opportunity to leave a better impression. "The mattress in the bedroom is horrible. I am handicap, so I ended up sleeping on the pull out couch in the living room instead. It had better support than the bed. It was quiet, clean and I felt safe as a single woman. The entering and exiting the property was difficult. One fab for parking garage and one for room. You also get charged for not leaving your fabs, which is impossible as the elevator won't move without the room fab and you can't exit the garage without the parking fab. So on top...

"When I booked the VRBO, the photo's and the actual place did not match. The apartment was on a very busy road with sirens and traffic all day and into the late evenings. The shower in the guest bath did not work properly and it never was fixed although we asked twice. The washer for clothes did not work. Overall, it was not a good experience and I would not recommend the apartment that was "assigned" to us from the management company. It is not a VRBO by owner."

"The walkability of the hotel was amazing. The hotel itself was very nice. The front desk staff is great. We loved DeShawn. The grounds are so pretty. Our particular suite was NOT in great condition. The tp holder was torn off the wall with a hole in the drywall. he blinds in the family room were broken. It looked like someone had had a party in there. I am still waiting to hear about some type of compensation."

"The location and layout of the condo was fantastic. We loved hanging out by the fire in the lobby too. Unfortunately, the water pressure was nonexistent. Also, there were no kitchen towel and the TP and paper towels were very low end. Overall, a good stay, but for the lack of water pressure. It was hard to brush your teeth with a trickle of water."

"I had to come out for work in the area and needed a comfortable place so my wife could work from home. The stay was exactly what we needed and then some. Excellently furnished and equipped for a comfortable lengthy stay. The apartment was clean and any issues we had were dealt with in a timely manner. The area has tons of options for any meal of the day and it's all walking distance or a quick Uber ride away. We would definitely love to stay here again if the opportunity comes up. "

The worst bed I have ever had in a vrbo. The ad was for a queen, which would have been fine but it had been changed out for a king, which was I believe a king box spring meant to stage the apartment. Our contact was helpful, she purchased a bed topper which helped somewhat. Other - Really could have used a notebook...

"Desde a chegada foi tudo perfeito. Staff muito atencioso e prestativo. O hotel tem uma localização imbatível, com estações de metrô perto. Disponibilizam vários tipos de café (de máquina) no segundo andar além de água potável. O quarto era bem espaçoso com microondas e frigobar. Banheiro bom e chuveiro também. Limpeza excelente. Recomendo fortemente. "
