"Someone entered our room in the middle of the night! They claimed to be housekeeping - it was midnight! We told staff when we checked out and they said a manager would call me. No one has called. The location is next to train tracks, but it wasn't an issue for us because we were awake so it didn't disturb us. Host was very responsive.
