Bottom Floor - easy living, clean, comfortable, fully furnished and supplied with everything you need for a relaxing stay... pots, pans, dishware, etc. Boardwalk and Gathering Deck atop the dunes provide spectacular views from pier to pier! RENOVATED 2017 interior... upgraded kitchen, entirely new bathroom with tile shower, pedestal sink, new beds, furniture, etc.! The strong bones of the beach house have survived five major named hurricanes over the years, yet hear the creaks of the footsteps and faint, muffled joyous laughter of other House Guests above. Even the upgraded blown-in open-cell foam insulation between floors wasn't enough to negate the wonderful sounds of this historic Beach House. The private covered back patio provides peaceful views of the coastal backyard plantings and swaying tall grasses. Side open-air patio area provides additional private sitting and relaxation.
