Welcome to the Marilyn. NO CLEANING FEE. Drop dead gorgeous 3 bedroom steps from downtown Wilmington river walk and all restaurants and bars. Fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need. Keurig and full coffee maker all linens and sheets provided. Just bring clothes!
There is nothing like this in Wilmington. 1 off street and ample free on street parking included! 3 bedrooms. Queen, Queen and King sleep 6. There is also an air mattress that can sleep 2 more for a total of 8. Washer and dryer included with supplies. All towels, linens and sheets are provided. Plenty of paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwasher and a FULLY stocked kitchen for making memories with family.
Hi Speed WIFI, Steamer for clothes also available
All TVs are smart TVs as well. One off street space parking space is included and there is ample free street parking as well. this is the bottom floor of a 2 unit duplex. Both can be rented together :)

We stayed on the first floor of the home. The location was very close to downtown and the riverwalk. It was very clean, had lots of room and was nicely decorated. The kitchen had nice appliance and had plenty of tableware. Communication with the owner was great, he replied quickly and provided plenty of information. The only issue I had was hearing the people on the second floor. They were not doing anything to be loud, but the house is old and you can hear whenever they are walking and the had a pet so you could also hear it running around.

Good location, quiet neighborhood that's a quick walk or lyft ride to shops and restaurants. The decor doesn't try to emulate the period that the house was built. Instead, it is just fun, with brightly colored accents and some of the coolest lighting fixtures and lamps I've seen! Also- they provide not just coffee, but also creamer! We enjoyed our 2 nights there-

Steve was a wonderful host. My family and I had a great stay at his place, which is located near downtown and convenient to everything we were looking for. We only stayed a night but my family enjoyed our time at the house which was located on a quiet street. Rooms were spacious and welcoming. Thank you Steve!

The house is very nice, I liked that each bedroom has its own color theme. The kitchen is beautiful. I had a huge group of friends stay over and they thought it was very nice. I had a little trouble figuring out the ceiling fan in some of the rooms. Also be careful with the rugs because they are on top of wood floors and they like to move. The host is very communicative which was super helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the ā€œshowstopperā€. Everything about the house was wonderful and location could not have been better. We walked to several areas of Wilmington and always felt safe and had a blast.

What a beautiful property! We took a quick trip to Wilmington to tour the college and stumbled upon the gem on VRBO. Iā€™m so glad we did! It was clean and spacious. You can tell this home is loved and well taken care of. We could walk downtown to the restaurants and shops in about 10 minutes. We will definitely be back!

We were in town one night for a wedding and needed a convenient place to stay within walking distance of the venue. This location was perfect and we loved having a parking spot instead of fighting for street parking. The hosts were very accommodating with our need for an earlier check in. If we ever needed a place to stay in Wilmington again we will definitely come back.

Came here with my husband when he wanted to take a fishing charter out of Wrightsville Beach with one of his friends. The area is very quiet and very close to the Riverwalk and local restaurants, boat rides, etc. Also appreciated that it is pet friendly. Steven the host is very accommodating and very quick to respond. Would highly recommend!

Outside yard needs a little work. There is some work being completed. Front door and bathroom door stick Threshold on back door is unattached. Interior is very well decorated and comfortable. Fantastic location. Close to Riverwalk. Unit has parking so we didnā€™t have to park on the street. Highly recommend!
