Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the home is severely worn, outdated, and neglected. The listing photos and description do not accurately reflect the current state of the property. The bathrooms were not simply unclean — they were disgusting. Every bathroom was in a condition that should never be presented to paying guests. The showers were visibly unsanitary and unfit for use....

"Our large family/friend group had an absolutely wonderful week at The Barefoot Beach Pad. Nina is a pleasure to work with…from meal and activities planning to arranging taxis and providing local recommendations. We loved the great surf and did lots of boogie boarding/surfing. So much to do on the property… beach volleyball, hot tub, pool table, and great high top game tables… perfect for mah jongg! The poolside open air dining and lounge area was wonderful.
