Staff were very kind and polite and as helpful as they could be but on check in, but for some reason they attempted to process payments on my card in such a way that it was declined but also "held" several hundreds of dollars on my account. I'm willing to believe some of the mix up was because I used two different cards but they they couldn't tell that and couldn't make that clear tothey just ran it through a bunch of times. Also when I called to ask if I could bring my dog they didn't tell me what the day rate or deposit would be and I was not expecting to pay an extra hundred and fifty dollars aupfront.
I get that.They gave us a back room.That wasn't one of the best because we had a dog but it didn't look like it had been very well cleaned.I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a paper towel and and the paper towel came up black from the purgo.
They also advertised that they had daily made service but far from that when I put a bA.
Gged trash outside the door they didn't even pick that up.They just left it in the hallway.So obviously nobody had come by there at all .
