"The property is 6 cottages within a separate resort. The resort for families is great. Falcon Cottages are not. We were put in a filthy cottage basically a mobile. Stained couch and dining chairs, broken blinds. Dried up food down the back of the counter and chairs. I went to use a baking pan only to find it full of grease. Windows dirty, the bathroom floor was all chewed up and covered up with a mat. BBQ looked like it hadn't been cleaned from last year and toaster didn't work. I swear we...

"We are a family with two children under the age of 7. We loved our experience. The property was clean, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was a little cold for swimming, but the place had an area for trash, laundry facility, playground, tennis court and two swimming pools. All Niagara attractions are an easy drive.
