"The peaceful beauty of this Ottertail area property lends itself to being a great place to renew and restore. All amenities were amply provided. Trisha and Chris went out of their way to make sure if I had any questions they would be happy to answer them for me.They also provided a needed extension cord for me. And were on-site which I felt most secure about as a single female occupant. Security and privacy was assured. Beautiful property and excellent hosts!"

"I've been visiting the Park Rapids area most of my life and always wondered about this property. I was excited when I saw it online and the reviews were good. The property was exactly as advertised. As a loft it was cozy and as a taller guy I kept bumping my head on the eaves over the dining counter, but we absolutely loved the space and the setting. The managers were excellent and very welcoming and pleasant. It was a great weekend and I'll be back."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this unit, it was comfortable and clean. It is older as it is upstairs of a furniture store, with that said, it was quaint, quiet, and pleasant! I had some confusion at check in at where entrance was, and Kim was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely recommend this spot."

"We had a great experience with the whole family all seven of us the apartment was very nice and had plenty of room play games and relax and all that good stuff. The pool is very nice is heated and also they had to being in kayak kayak in available which was also very relaxing and a very fun trip and the tube trip was not too short but not too long so it was pretty much perfect. Overall we had a good time and I will definitely be coming back again"

We enjoyed kayaking right from the property each day, watching/listening to the wildlife and had delicious pizza at Zorbas on Gull. It was fun to see the blooming lily pads and vegetation at this time of the year. Eric is a great host!"

"This is a cute motel. The property was clean and we had excellent communication. We were able to get an early check in when we called which was wonderful. Check in and check out was easy and convenient which doesn’t always happen with motels which have been updated. The walls are paper thin, so if you are a person that needs quiet I would say this is not the place for you. The bathroom was clean but the tub was not updated(think pink). This meant a nice big tub even if it was pink from another...
