"This is a simply perfect place. Quiet, beautiful property with easy access to Crosslake for groceries and restaurants. The pontoon was a huge bonus. The lake is small but was never crowded, the loons were active and melodic. Hosts were timely with communication and easy going. We look forward to booking again."

"Our weekend stay was wonderful. The cabin was even better than expected. The alpacas and dogs were a special treat and the host was responsive and friendly."

"Such a lovely stay- great location, very cool property. Hosts thought of pretty much everything. We loved taking the boat out and walking into town every morning for coffee. Close to downtown Nisswa and lots of cute shopping/dining as well. "

"This lake home had very adequate supplies; kitchen was very useful in the large family room. There are many beds for a large group. The teen girls enjoyed the bunk beds. A bathroom on each floor was essential so welcome. We so enjoyed the included pontoon and were able to launch our boat to pull tubers. A campfire provided us with an enjoyable time having s'mores. O'Brien Lake was really a nice clear lake with sandy bottom. Thanks also to Greg for quick replies to questions we had. From...

"The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s huge with so much room for activities. It comfortably slept 8 of us with room to spare. We were able to grill and play games in the back without a care in the world. Will definitely be booking again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and ready for us to settle in. There were plenty of bath towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc. The beds were comfortable and there were good amenities. Kitchen was well stocked. I'd recommend adding a cheese grater and measuring spoons though. :) There is a loft with 4 beds and a couple of couches. Great place for kids to hang. We loved the enclosed porch that faced the lake. Thanks! We'll be back!"

"Two besties met halfway for a girls weekend. Close to Alexandria and all it has to offer. The Boathouse was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed an evening on the deck with the beautiful fall colors on the lake. Host was available by phone and let me know that by a phone call before I checked in. Everything was easy and I would not hesitate to book again. In fact my friend even said we need to do this again. "

"Easy place to stay with lots of room for everyone to have their own bedroom. Kids loved the pool."

"The home was exactly as advertised and then some. A beautiful spot on a quiet bay on Rush lake. The setting and amenities couldn't have been better. We enjoyed fishing of the dock, boating (we rented a pontoon), afternoon/evening fires, games on the screened in porch, relaxing in both of the huge living areas, and making meals on the large kitchen with ample appliances and utensils. The view in the morning and evening was spectacular. Would definitely recommend and would enjoy this again...

"Wonderful property with high end finishes and decor. Perfect beach, great porch, dual temperature control and enough space for all 15 of us. An absolutely gorgeous place. And the pontoon was the icing on the cake!! "
