"Well appointed room with everything you need and stunning view."

"Great bar food and evening spent here after a long day walking. Even had sky sports. Single Room was good for what I wanted and bathroom facilities Good. Only down was noisy floor on the corridor outside rooms on first floor which creaked with every person walking the floor. Early morning or late evening. Needs a bit of work. Saying that it was good value for money amd would use the place again as access to Wast Water and area"

"Idea for a single person exploring the south-western Lake District."

"Regrettably our room number 6. Did not smell nice. It had the smell of old wet trainers. We did mention it and a room diffuser was turned on. Some of the fixtures and fitting were falling apart. The shower was head was not appropriate for the size of the shower causing flooding. The staff were lovely and theroom was clean."

"Another great stay at Three Shires. Although a limited evening menu, food was delicious. Breakfast was the same, maybe put out juices and jams so people can help themselves. Didn’t mind that there wasn’t cereals as the portion of breakfast was huge. Big shout out to the staff"
